Remedial Massage Sessions can be focused or a combination of any massage style.

Initial Consults include clinical assessment, functional testing, stretch/exercise prescription or after care recommendations as needed. All sessions include hot towels, essential oils and herbal liniment or remedy unless otherwise preferred.

Standard sessions are 90mins duration- this allows enough time for thorough treatment. Please allow 15 mins either side of appointment time for consultation.
